Quick Start Guide

1. Set up your child's profile — switch to it using the profiles above
2. Create lessons — use AI Lesson Generator for new lessons, or Lesson Adapter to turn your own worksheets into SpeKtrum format (photo or paste)
3. Build a Day — add tasks, lessons & brain breaks, then Save to a day
4. Weekly Planner — view, edit and tap Start the Day for any day
5. Weekend Mode — plan fun activities (and have backup ideas for when plans change!)
6. Switch back to your child's profile before tapping Child View so the right child sees their schedule
